My own journey has taken me through many chapters—from military service and living around the world to coaching athletes, leaders, teams, and individuals striving to perform, grow, and create meaningful lives.

Along the way, I discovered that lasting growth is rarely built through talent, luck, or circumstances alone.

It is built through self-awareness, responsibility, resilience, discipline, and the willingness to keep moving forward, even when the path is unclear.

For more than two decades, I have worked with athletes, coaches, teams, business leaders, and individuals seeking greater clarity, confidence, performance, and purpose.

My work combines high-performance development, coaching, leadership, mindset training, emotional regulation, accountability, and holistic wellbeing.

But at its heart, this work is about people.

Earners of this badge are adept coaches who have gotten to the heart of coaching. They possess an in-depth understanding of the potential coaching has to create lasting and powerful change in clients. Earners have full command of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Core Competencies and are ethical practitioners in the coaching sphere. Earners also complete 37 Contact Learning Hours (70 hours total w/ Coaching 101) and are prepared to take the ICF's Coach Knowledge Assessment.
